This policy describes how this website, operated by Holli Cobb (Holli Sells Homes), a REALTOR® with REAL Broker in Redmond, Oregon, collects and uses information from people who visit it or fill out a form on it.
Holli operates as an independent contractor agent affiliated with The Real Brokerage, Inc. This site is Holli's own, independently operated website. It is not one of The Real Brokerage's own digital platforms, and this policy does not describe those platforms. Information this site collects
The forms on this site collect first name, last name, email address, an optional phone number, and an optional message, along with whatever other questions that specific form asks. Where a form asks for a phone number, it shows consent language explaining that you may be contacted by call or text, that message and data rates may apply, and how to stop, and that consent is recorded with a timestamp at the time you submit the form.
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how many people visit, which pages they read, and roughly where they came from. Google Analytics does not receive your name, email, or phone number from anything you type into a form here, it only sees anonymous visit and browsing activity. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across every site that uses it with Google's own browser add-on, or by adjusting your ad settings at myadcenter.google.com.
Beyond that and what you submit directly, this site does not currently run any advertising tracking (like a Meta or Google ad pixel). If that changes in the future, this page will be updated to say exactly what was added and who receives that data.
Where your information goes
Information submitted through this site's forms is sent to Holli's contact and follow-up system, GoHighLevel, so she can respond to you and keep track of the conversation. The site itself is hosted on Vercel.
Holli does not sell your information to third parties. It is used to respond to you, to follow up about your real estate needs, and, if you don't opt out, to send periodic market updates and related marketing communications by email.
How long your information is kept
Leads and contacts in Holli's system are not deleted on a fixed schedule. Your information stays in her contact system so she can follow up over time, the way an ongoing client or referral relationship in real estate usually works. You can ask to be removed at any time by contacting her directly using the information on the contact page.
Marketing email and opting out
In addition to replying to whatever you send in, Holli may send you periodic marketing emails, market updates, and similar content. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and doing so will not affect her ability to respond to a direct inquiry you've already sent.
Your choices and this policy
You can ask what information is on file for you, ask that it be corrected, or ask that it be deleted, by reaching out through the contact page. This site's practices and this policy are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. This policy may be updated from time to time; the version posted here is the current one.
