OR 201238339 · REAL Broker
I'm Holli Cobb, that's Holli with an "i", a REALTOR® with REAL Broker. I help buyers, sellers, and property owners across Redmond and Central Oregon make smart, confident decisions, whether that's finding the right home, selling for a real number, or making a rental work harder for you. I'm also the founder of Redmond Compass, a free community resource connecting residents and newcomers with local businesses, events, and resources across Redmond, Terrebonne, and Crooked River Ranch.
Most agents get licensed after a few weeks of coursework and a test. I did that too, but I also hold an MBA. Your pricing and your negotiation get treated like the business decisions they are, backed by real numbers, not a gut feeling. On top of that, I've put hundreds of hours and tens of thousands of dollars into advanced digital marketing training, so your listing gets an actual campaign: targeted ads, real content, a real launch plan, not just an MLS entry and a sign in the yard.
Before real estate, I spent more than 30 years in emergency medicine, first as a paramedic and then as an ER nurse, and I bring that calm under pressure approach to every deal. I'm also a Community Market Leader, and I've owned rental property myself since my first home in Alabama, so I bring hands-on investor experience to that side of the business too.

Meet the support staff
Hey, I'm Shep
My 3D-printed German Shepherd sidekick, and unofficial head of quality control.
I can't take my own dogs, Kiya and River, to every home tour, even though I'd love to, they tend to leave their "glitter" (aka dog hair) everywhere they go. That's where Shep, my 3D-printed German Shepherd sidekick, steps in. She works endless hours, doesn't shed, and never begs for snacks.
But Shep isn't just a cute mascot. German Shepherds are loyal, intelligent, and protective, the same traits I bring to every real estate relationship. I look out for my clients' best interests as fiercely as I'd protect my own family, whether that's catching an inspection issue, negotiating a deal that actually serves you, or spotting a problem before it surfaces.
So if you spot Shep in my marketing or on a sign, that's Shep-Approved, and it means it's handled with loyalty, care, and a whole lot of heart.
- Loyal and Protective
- Intelligent and Highly Trainable
- Super Cute!
