Why a German Shepherd?

Of course, I can’t take my own pups, Kiya and River to every home tour, even though I’d love to. They tend to leave their “glitter” (aka dog hair) everywhere they go. That’s where Shep, my 3D-printed German Shepherd sidekick, steps in.

Shep works endless hours, doesn’t shed, and never begs for snacks. She’s the perfect stand-in for my loyal pack when I’m visiting homes that aren’t exactly pet-friendly.

But Shep isn’t just a cute mascot — she represents something much deeper. German Shepherds are known for their loyalty, intelligence, and protectiveness — the same traits I bring to every real estate relationship. They stay alert, aware, and always have your back — just like I do for my clients.
